Returns & Exchanges

Pre-orders:

From the date pre-orders close, there will be a wait time of 6 weeks before you receive your item/s. Once purchased all items are non refundable.

Online store-orders – conditions for returns or exchange:

In order for online store-orders to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

• The items were received within the last 14 days.

• All tags and packaging must be attached and intact.

• All items must be in original unworn and unwashed condition.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail kiaora@stirlingcollective.com including your full order information i.e., name, order number, reason for return or exchange. If you would like to exchange any item/s, please provide details of the item you would like to change to. Without these details we may not be able to fulfil your return or exchange request.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above return conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
